Specialist Workshops
I offer popular in-person and ZOOM watercolour demonstrations for art groups and societies . Each demonstration is engaging and informative, with a relaxed, friendly approach and clear explanations of method, materials and artistic approach throughout.
I bring a selection of original artwork to share as reference and inspiration. Demonstrations can run flexibly according to your set times and are charged according to your location. A 2hr Zoom demonstration is £160.
In addition to demonstrations, I also offer workshops and painting holidays, which can be tailored to the needs and experience level of your members.
Subject Matter & Style
My work is inspired by nature and ignited by colour and light.
I create contemporary watercolour paintings using traditional methods that radiate light, energy, and movement. Florals are my specialism, created in my signature loose, vibrant, and expressive style. I often describe my work as bold yet beautiful.
I tend to be inspired seasonally, painting fresh spring florals, followed by large, expressive summer blooms or garden, meadow or woodland scenes. Autumn may bring organic inspiration such as fungi or hedgerow finds, while winter often focuses on birds, animals landscapes, or figures.
Travel & Location
Based in North Buckinghamshire, I regularly travel throughout East Anglia, the South East, and the Midlands, including Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and the Cotswolds.
